Da quando scoppiò lo scandalo Climategate lo scorso anno è sempre più chiaro che la bufala dell'effetto serra è molto simile ad una religione dogmatica; questa religione dogmatica si è infiltrata anche in movimenti "apparentemente" alternativi, come il Progetto Venus, che sono chiaramente una fabbricazione dell'élite.Sapendo dalla bocca degli scienziati implicati nel Climategate che erano loro i primi a non credere alla bufala del riscaldamento globale antropico che all'esterno spacciavano come realtà, ci sarebbe da riflettere allora sul perché l'IPCC si sta decisamente aprendo all'opzione della Geoingegneria per invertire gli effetti di questa bufala grossolana. Forse perché gli scopi della Geoingegneria sono diversi da quanto ci raccontano? E' un dato di fatto che l'eugenetica sia sempre stata legata al movimento ambientalista; non è difficile quindi ipotizzare che questi progetti siano allora di carattere Sterminazionista. La bufala della Geoingeneria che dovrebbe invertire gli effetti del global warming è molto simile ad una forma di bipensiero. Da un lato i "complottisti" vengono considerati folli solo perché pensano, con dati alla mano, che ci sia una massiccia operazione globale di irrorazione clandestina; dall'altro questa massiccia operazione di irrorazione viene sempre più auspicata, dagli scienziati più in vista e dagli organismi più influenti, come cosa "normale" e necessaria a invertire gli effetti della bufala del global warming. A Cancun, in Messico, la Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite sui cambiamenti climatici è sotto pressione per voler rovesciare il divieto delle Nazioni Unite sulle scie chimiche. Questo dissolverebbe un accordo raggiunto nel mese di ottobre presso la conferenza della Convenzione ONU sulla Diversità Biologica (CBD) in Giappone. In quella storica decisione, i 193 membri CBD si erano accordati per consenso nell'implementare una moratoria sui progetti e gli esperimenti di geoingegneria. Gli Stati Uniti non lo hanno accettato. Citando i tornaconto, gli USA hanno ulteriormente rifiutato di tagliare le emissioni di gas serra che vengono correlate al riscaldamento globale, la presunta preoccupazione delle Nazioni Unite. Invece, essi cercano di espandere i loro progetti di geoingegneria per i quali sono già stati depositati centinaia di brevetti (vedi sotto).
L'Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) ha aperto la conferenza di Cancun la settimana scorsa discutendo le opzioni di geoingegneria che saranno ulteriormente esplorate in Perù alla fine di quest'anno. Tali programmi di modificazione ambientale (ENMOD) includono il posizionamento di specchi nello spazio, la semina degli oceani con ferro, l'impianto di foreste geneticamente modificate e le scie chimiche nei cieli. Naturalmente, tutte queste attività sono già ben avviate.
Il prossimo rapporto di valutazione dell'ONU sui cambiamenti climatici, AR5, dovrebbe uscire nel novembre del 2014. Esso includerà le opzioni di geoingegneria, come affermato dall'imprenditore ed economista indiano Rajendra Pachauri, presidente dell'IPCC. Nel suo commento introduttivo a Cancun egli ha dichiarato:"Il campo di applicazione della AR5 sarà anche ampliato al di la delle precedenti relazioni, e dovrebbe includere, per esempio, trattazioni concentrate su soggetti come nuvole e aerosol, opzioni di geoingegneria," e le connesse questioni climatiche.

L'IPCC è stato biasimato per aver gonfiato le temperature ed aver esagerato le stime sul ritiro dei ghiacciai. Il presidente dell'IPCC Rajendra Pachauri è stato anche criticato per il suo "vasto interesse in compagnie che traggono beneficio dal commercio del carbonio", e per aver utilizzato la sua posizione "per attrarre grandi finanziamenti per la sua organizzazione, l'Energy and Resources Institute2 (TERI), conosciuta in precedenza (e tuttora per alcuni), come il Tata Energy Research Institute," riportava il Science and Public Policy Institute nella relazione investigativa dell'aprile del 2010 intitolata “Dr Rajendra Pachauri and the IPCC – No Fossil Fool.”
Il Tata Group "ha una capitalizzazione di mercato totale a livello mondiale di circa 77 miliardi di dollari, con un maggiore coinvolgimento nel settore dell'energia e nelle industrie del settore energetico, tra cui il carbon trading", riferisce SPPI. Il Tata è anche collegato alla guerra alle tribù in India. Il crescente ecoterrorismo aziendale e i sequestri di terre hanno portato la scrittrice di fama mondiale Arundhati Roy ad agire in favore dei popoli indigeni, chiedendo la libertà per il popolo del territorio del Kashmir. La scorsa settimana, Delhi ha sporto denuncia contro di lei per la sua difesa delle tribù, interpretando questa come un "Fare la guerra contro lo Stato". Il dominio delle Corporation è stato rallentato, comunque, quando una "reale tribù Avatar" ottenne una splendida vittoria sul gigante minerario Vedanta Resources, lo scorso Agosto. La governance globale sulla geoingegneria ha una storia di affarismi. Oggi "una nuova generazione di ricerca sulle colture geneticamente modificate" cerca di sviluppare una resistenza all'alluminio nelle colture commerciali. Il guardiano dell'ambiente ETC Group* riporta nel suo report di 56 pagine “Geopiracy: The Case Against Geoengineering,” che "qui c'è una complessa rete di connessioni tra il grande capitale e i tecnofissatori globali, compreso i ricercatori, le corporation multinazionali e le piccole start-up, l'establishment militare e rispettabili think tank, i responsabili delle politiche e i politici. Le istituzioni no-profit che promuovono la geoingegneria sono ben collegate con il settore privato." Invece, questi incontri delle Nazioni Unite sui cambiamenti climatici sembrano vertere di più sulla protezione delle pratiche dell'industria inquinante e sulla promozione di un altro settore tossico per l'ambiente: la geoingegneria. Ci sarebbe quasi da ridere se non per l'effetto omicida ed ecocida di tali piani.
*La Blogger Cassandra Anderson ha recentemente osservato che il gruppo Etc è finanziato in parte dalla Fondazione Ford, "nota per il sostegno alla depopolazione". Finora, ETC è stato fermamente contrario alla geoingegneria, così come all'ingegneria genetica, entrambi strumenti sospetti di depopolazione. Tuttavia ETC nega anche le attività ENMOD in corso, dicendo:"non esiste nessun spiegamento reale del governo."
